5Tel offers territories for sale. Each territory will be exclusive to the Licensee
and have the potential to hold up to 100 payphones.
There will be a license charge for each territory which will include 20 5Tel internet payphones, training, instructions and manuals.
Additional payphones can be purchases as required in lots of five
Subject to 5Tel approval, licensees can purchase additional territories at a reduced cost (which also includes 20 5Tel internet payphones
The Licensee installs the payphone at no cost to the location. Cash is collected from these payphones on a regular basis, weekly, fortnightly or montly depending on location volumes.
The Licensee pays the location owner the agreed share of the revenue.
5Tel bills the Licensee 5Tel's share of the revenue and network maintenance fee with the Licensee retaining the balance as profits.
Territories can be bought and sold subject to 5Tel's terms and conditions
5Tel to provide training on location, acquisition, retention and installation.
The Licensee investment being offered is as follows:
Investor buys a license which gives them a territory
Licensee then installs 20 5tel internet payphones at suitable locations which have a broadband connection
Licensee collects cash from payphones on a regular basis
Revenues from the payphones are split between the location owner and the licensee under an agreed formulae
